The Tecumseh Area Historical Society preserves and interprets the history of the communities around Tecumseh, Michigan, including Macon, Ridgeway, Tipton and Britton.

First among the early Michigan settlements, Tecumseh abounds in lovely restored Victorian homes and unique shops.

Visit our Historical Museum Wednesday-Saturday 11am-3pm in a 1913 gothic stone church located in historic downtown Tecumseh.
